Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title in the Products passes to you once full payment is received and cleared.
6. Cancellation by You (Cooling‑Off Period)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the Products. To cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing (e.g. email). You must return the Products unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items unless the Products are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
7. Returns, Refunds and Defects
Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to all orders and forms part of these Terms.
- If Products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will offer replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion, including all related delivery costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection of returned goods.
- Custom-made, personalised, or final-sale clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, and availability are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, or material differences. We do not guarantee that images are an exact representation of the Products.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
