All international customers have a full 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the parcel to apply for return or exchange, in compliance with UK consumer protection laws.

2. Return Conditions

All returned items must be: unused, unassembled, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original factory packaging. Personalised custom furniture and clearance final-sale items are non-returnable.

3. Return Application Process

  2. Receive official return reference number and international return guide
  3. Securely pack the home furniture or homeware items
  4. Ship back following our designated return logistics route
  5. After warehouse inspection, refund will be issued automatically

4. Shipping Cost for Returns

  • Customer personal reason return: Buyer pays international return shipping fee
  • Item damaged, broken, defective, wrong item, or logistics damage: We cover all return shipping cost fully free of charge

5. Damaged Goods & Quality Issues

If goods arrive broken, scratched, defective, or missing parts during international transit, please send clear photos within 48 hours. We offer free replacement parts, free new item reshipment, or 100% full refund immediately.

6. Refund Processing

After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned goods, all refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
